Bellagio

We went to the Bellagio to see the water show, and the flower garden...Sky loved it! The diplay they had was super neat. Here are a few pictures!

First Swim of the Summer

Doesn't she look so cute, getting ready for her first swim of the season!

Sky is all ready, she has her floaties, and her "water gobles" as she calls them.

What a little fish. She can almost completely swim by her self with her floaties, I think this is the summer she will for sure learn how to swim. We are so lucky that grandma and grandpa have a pool, and this day the water was so warm, around 80*, just trying to make you all in SLC jealous!

Love summer days!

Her new favorite thing

Here is our sweet, wonderful little Skyler yelling, "CLOSE THE DOOOOOOR!" This is her new favorite thing to do, she is constantly asking me if she can go play in the car. So, now when ever I get in the car to go anywhere it is normal to have to turn off the blinker, make sure the E brake is off, adjust the mirror and other various things. What a silly little girl!

Barking Spiders!

I just LOVE our little Skysky! We were sitting outside the other night enjoying our wonderful weather and it was getting a little dark. Skyler started talking about how SPIDERS come out at night. So that was pretty much our conversation, then she said, "Ya know, Daddy has barking spiders in his butt!" She said this with such seriousness! We basically died laughing. Love that little girl!

Bonus Story

Sunday morning Sky woke up at 5 am. She yelled, "Mom, Dad, I need a papertowel." I didn't go get her, I was assuming she was talking in her sleep or something. Again, we hear, "Mom, Dad I need a papertowel!" So Josh goes in to see what's up and she again tells Josh, "I need a papertowel." Josh askes her why and she said it was because she threw up. Oh, our poor baby, but what a sweet heart, she was not crying or anything, she just wanted a papertowel to clean up her mess. She was saying, "It's okay dad, it was just an accident." I felt so bad, that was the beginning to a sick, throwing up day. Just thought it was a little bit of her personality!

Easter Weekend

This picture probably sums up the whole weekend, we had such a great time, and were really worn out by the end. Skyler was so much fun this year, she understood it all! One of her favorite games is hide and seek, so she knew how to look with her looking eyes! Ha ha! She came down Sunday morning to find her basket and did a great job finding it. The Easter Bunny left her lots of candy and a Zhu Zhu pet which she has come to love and brings with her everywhere! Sky was skateboarding with Grandpa...haha this was her kind of skateboarding!

I loved watching Skyler during the egg hunts. She was so funny! She knew what to look for and she ran for all the eggs. She would hunch her back over while she was running so she could see the eggs more easily, it was so funny to watch. Everytime she would see an egg she would yell, "There's an EGGGGG!" She was such a good finder! At the end of every hunt she would say, "Do it again!" She wanted us to hide them all over again, and if we didn't she would hide them for herslef and go find them. What a silly girl...Following are some of her pics while she is on the HUNT!
